Shipping and Delivery
How can I pay for my gear?
We accept All Major Debit Cards and Credit Cards through our secure online PayPal payment system. If you are not a member, sign up for PayPal here. It's easy!

Do you ship internationally?
Indeed we do. Shipping is AUD$5 per order within Australia, but a flat rate shipping fee of AUD$20 is required for international deliveries, plus AUD$5 for each additional item ordered.
If your country is not listed when purchasing, please contact us at info@balmores.com and we'll make sure we can sort you out!

When will I receive my order?
Orders received will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days. Pplease allow up to 15 working days for delivery.
International orders may take a little longer.

What happens if my order doesn't reach me?
If for some reason you don't receive your order within the expected time or there are issues with your order, simply contact us at info@balmores.com and we'll work it out.

Returns
What if I want to return an item?
We generally do not accept returns unless goods are faulty or in exceptional circumstances. However, if you do have an issue with an item, please contact us at info@balmores.com and we'll take it from there.

Miscellaneous
What is your Privacy & Security policy?
Balmores collects customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose or share this information to other parties
under any circumstances.
We do not record credit card details; all credits cards are processed by PayPal which uses the latest SSL technology to keep your information safe, one of the worlds' most secure payment methods. You will be issued with a receipt number at the end of your transaction by PayPal.

What are your prices displayed in?
All prices on the Balmores online store are given in AUD$ (Australian Dollars) and are exclusive of delivery costs.
